Our 100% eco certified food grade oregano oil is a natural substance derived from the origanum vulgare species. Handpicked leaves in the immaculate remote western mountainous region of Turkey, free of pollution. Being Wild grown and chemically free, we extract the oil via a natural process called steam distillation. We use only the leaves of the flowering plant.

Handpicked precisely when the plant is highest in essential oils. It is entirely unprocessed with no additives, fillers, preservatives, pesticides, colors or dyes.

Sub Species of Oregano

Our product is eco-certified, Non-GMO. We Guarantee we do not produce our oregano from hybrid or genetically modified plants. Healthy Health does not mix ingredients or cut with inferior quality oregano. Our company NEVER blends oregano species such as the following – Origanum Minutiflorum, Origunum Glandulosam, Origanum Hirtum, Origanum Virens. Origanum Viridulum, Origanum Syriacum, Origunam Onites, Origunam Gracile, Origanum Heracleoticum, Spanish Lippia Graveolens, Spanish Hedeoma Patens, Spanish Thyme or Morroccan Thyme. Organic carvacrol levels will always vary, given it being a natural plant. However, we at Healthy-Health import nothing less than 80% and our thymol content is always less than 2%. Be aware of companies offering blended oregano oil promising high carvacrol levels, this is a sure sign of synthetic carvacrol enhancement.

True Oil of Oregano

Our Oregano oil is high in phenols, which are natural phytochemical compounds with beneficial antioxidant effects. The two most abundant phenols in it are carvacrol and thymol. True oil of oregano offers many exciting remedies to a variety of ailments.

In “Herbal Renaissance,” Steven Foster credits oregano “tested to treat indigestion, diarrhea, nervous tension, insect bites, toothache, earache, rheumatism and coughs because of whooping cough and bronchitis (for its antispasmodic effects)”.

These compounds also act as free radical scavengers (shield against toxins) thus preventing further tissue damage while encouraging healing.

Suggested Use

1-4 drops under the tongue or mixed with your favorite juice and/or water.

Keep away from genitals and eyes. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medications, consult with your healthcare provider first.

For topical use, please dilute with a carrier oil such as coconut oil. Always test a small amount of mixture for sensitive skin or allergic reaction.
